We can only control our thoughts and ultimately, find and transform the limiting beliefs behind those thoughts which create a physical reaction and an emotional response within us, and in turn control our life.

Brainwave Assessment

Reach your optimal state thanks to left/right brain synchronization.

An online session will allow to assess sounds and brainwave rhythms, and find your metabolism or home note - thanks to the powerful software developed by the Medical Sound Association, part of the Sound Healing Research Foundation located in California.

After finding your metabolism rhythm, you will get four brainwave downloads; like for instance Delta (sleep), Theta (creativity), Alpha (learning and sports), Beta (dealing with ADHD) or Gamma (blissing out) tuned to you.
