About
Integrative and cross-cultural therapy is at the intersection of my experience in international aid, psychosocial and legal support in order to respond to the consequences of humanitarian crisis.
Over the course of 22 years, I was engaged in emergency action with French organizations in Paris, then at the Thai-Burmese border and in South Lebanon, before joining the ICRC for missions in Ethiopia and Cameroon then humanitarian diplomacy towards the EU, NATO and Asia-Pacific circles based in respectively Brussels, Jakarta and Bangkok, and finally in Myanmar for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations.
Progressively, I felt that if those endeavors were crucial, I also needed to learn and cultivate initiatives around mental health to provide targeted solutions for people experiencing abuse, trauma or illness, and/or trying to overcome addiction, anxiety, depression or emotional distress increasing in our 'modern world' and leaving people feeling helpless.

Following the Rapid Transformational Therapy® and Clinical Hypnotherapy training combining many well-regarded approaches of modern psychology, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, healing, and counseling, and exploring the subconscious mind - 95% of brain activity, triggered the creation of my practice and further studies in functional, integrative and nutritional psychiatry, as well as Psychological Sciences. This, to identify the root causes of psychophysiological conditions, restore the mind-body connection and a sense of empowerment at individual level, while contributing to safeguard wellbeing in inclusive environments. Today, I am dedicated to bringing about in-depth transformations in people through therapy sessions, duty of care services, and dialogues around humanity.
